Carson's blessing day was hectic, but very sweet. Family pictures are always a joke. For some reason no one told me I looked so funny trying to hold Carson out for the camera! If you look closely at Cade's shirt you can see the blood stains from him splitting his chin open 2 minutes before the blessing while I was in the mothers room finishing nursing. Brent walked in with Carson as they were announcing the blessing and I ended up holding Cade in the doorway and listening from there. The joys of boys!

Rochelle,
I just came across your blog from Kari Bennions. Your boys are so cute! You gotta love the adventures with having four boys! I read through a few of your postings. I love the pregnancy comments. I too got the same response with my fourth boy pregnancy. I always wanted to cover my boys' ears, so they couldn't hear them. Now I always get stopped when I am out shopping with all four boys and asked if I am going to try for the girl. Crazy. Anyways, Cute Family!

I heard the crying in the hallway, but I didn't hear the story behind it! At least you had a bunch of family. When we blessed Sarina, half of Ryan's family (and therefore half of who was participating in the blessing) didn't make it in time. They got stuck in traffic and road detours due to some 10K that was going on.
Oh, and by the way, I don't think you look THAT funny in the photograph.
I'm sorry that we missed the blessing! We were in Utah. I would love to see you guys more over the summer! M keeps asking when he can go back to play with your boys. We just have girls his age on our street and it's just too emotional for him :)
You poor thing what a crazy morning you had. However, the blessing was beautiful.

Sounds like a normal day. Do all the incidents happen to one child like me or is it spread out amongst everyone? I hope you got to hear the blessing. Or that someone took good notes! The boys look cute like always. You look just like every mother who is holding a new born in a picture. I don't know why we always do that as if it makes them look any different but I do it too!
I was waiting for you to elaborate on the chin splitting incident. How do you manage doing that at church?
