Ethan's 7th birthday (a month ago-I'm trying to catch up people!) ended up being over several days. ON his birthday he started the day with opening his presents WITHOUT the family present and WITHOUT his mother photographing it so he was WITHOUT a smiling happy birthday from his mom first thing in the morning. I forgave him quickly so I wouldn't have mommy guilt by ruining his birthday morning and we enjoyed donuts for breakfast before he rushed off to school. Because of soccer and church commitments that night we ended up celebrating a couple days later at John's Incredible Pizza. He decided to skip a birthday party and invite one friend to join us at the ultimate BOY entertainment location.
My boyz and Ethan's friend Jared shootin' it up.
There was motorcycle ridin'.
And more ridin'.
And even more ridin'. Cade has such the game face.
This ride was hilarious to watch them go up and down and "hop" like a frog.
Not sure who is having more fun. My oldest boy or Trevor?
For his night out with just mom and dad we celebrated by going to monster mini golf, In N Out, Target to spend his birthday money from grandparents on his NEW GUITAR!, and of course an ice cream cone at Leatherby's.
And of course we can't forget his new pet "Swimmy." (he got the name from a book about a fish named Swimmy) He had begged me for a LONG while for a pet and I finally gave in. He is a really pretty Betta fish.
Happy 7th Ethan. I love you!

Ethan, with that guitar you are sure to be a "rock star" some day! Can't wait to hear you play -bring it up on Thanksgiving & you can have a "jam session" with Unka Ty & Aunt Jill.
Happy Bday Ethan, maybe you will be "Rock Man" in the fuure. Love Gray Man
